Once you have placed an order on line, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Should an item not be available, you will be notified by email. You have the option of choosing the delivery method upon checkout of your order.
Returns
Any product that you wish to return must be approved by Sarges Army Surplus and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number by contacting us.
Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging, or with original labelling attached. Any items that have been worn, soiled, washed, or bear any odour, cannot be returned. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and is non-refundable. Purchaser is also responsible for the shipping of returned or exchanged products.
Warranty items
Warranty items vary by manufacturer. If you have a product that is covered under warranty, please contact us first, as some items are returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty service.
